Clients Note Fewer Tech-Savvy Law Firms in 2016

Clients see 11.3% fewer tech-savvy law firms in 2016. This decline contrasts with a 9% increase in law firms using technology as a source of innovation in 2015. Improved use of technology offers clients the sense of a streamlined experience and improved value. Technology can make your client’s life easier.

Fewer law firms are aggressively using client-facing technology. But, there are a few exceptions.
