Teresa is a partner in the Global Corporate Group and serves as the co-chair of the U.S. Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group.

Teresa represents private and public companies in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other complex business transactions.

She also advises entrepreneurs and private companies from formation to exit, including with respect to corporate governance matters, financings, commercial agreements, strategic opportunities, and liquidity events. She has counseled clients across a range of industry sectors, including enterprise software, e-commerce, digital media, AI, financial services, health care, consumer products, and autonomous vehicles.
