Sarah Wolf is litigation Counsel in the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group. Her practice focuses on sensitive and internal investigations, regulatory defense and compliance advice.

Ms. Wolf advises corporates and individuals in a variety of industries including financial services, private equity, education, energy, and engineering. Her work pertains to allegations of bribery, securities and accounting fraud. As a complement to her regulatory work, Ms. Wolf conducts sensitive investigations for corporations, financial institutions, and universities. She also frequently collaborates with members of the firm’s Data Strategy & Security practice on issues surrounding artificial intelligence.

Many of these representations are in federal courts, before state attorneys general, or involving regulatory agencies in the U.S. and internationally. She has extensive trial experience in federal court, and is admitted to the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York and the Western District of New York.
