Nathan W. Austin is a principal in the Sacramento, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He joined the firm in 2006.
Nathan’s practice consists of defending employment matters in state and federal courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings. He also defends management in litigation involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, wage and hour, benefits and other employment-related actions. In addition, Nathan provides training for managers and employees on various workplace issues.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Nathan was an associate with a mid-sized Sacramento-based law firm successfully representing clients in employment law, ADA law, property disputes, and general tort litigation. He was also a trial attorney with mid-sized California real estate law firm, representing management and property owners in landlord/tenant law handling all facets of unlawful detainer litigation.
