Whether I was landing in Baghdad to uncover critical facts concerning matters of national security or interviewing countless witnesses to develop evidence for trial, I’ve always enjoyed putting the pieces of a case together. For me, speaking in front of an audience is effortless and I revel in being my clients’ strongest advocate – whether to prevent litigation or give them their day in court – because telling their stories is paramount to my practice.

Mike Bovill is a litigator whose practice concentrates on commercial, construction, employment, governmental and white collar criminal defense matters. Within his commercial practice, Mike represents businesses entangled in contract, real estate and construction, tortious interference, shareholder oppression and other thorny business conflicts. His employment practice centers on investigative and defense work. In the governmental sector, Mike counsels clients through campaign and election matters. And his white collar criminal defense practice is built upon years of experience as a general counsel, prosecutor and Special Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Marine Corps.
