Melissa Harvey focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with a special emphasis on retail leasing. Melissa spent more than a decade working in the in-house legal departments of retailers, where she gained a keen understanding of both the legal and business needs involved in real estate transactions. Melissa is also very experienced in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and retail properties. Melissa regularly drafts and negotiates leases, lease amendments, reciprocal easement agreements, and restrictive covenants with tenants ranging from small businesses to nationwide big box tenants.
