WHAT CLIENTS SAY

"We have a long relationship with Mark that goes way back – he has delivered for us numerous times over the years."

MY CLIENT PHILOSOPHY

"In trade secret, noncompete and similar matters, clients often need quick, sound and practical legal advice. This requires identifying the issues and potential issues, understanding and being able to explain the applicable law, and being sensitive to the client’s business needs and business realities. We try to provide clients with the information and advice they need as expeditiously as possible."
