She listens closely to her clients, understands their businesses, and employs tactical approaches in negotiation and litigation to get the desired outcome. In addition, Lilit provides risk management, loss mitigation, and insurance counseling to her corporate clients.
Lilit’s practice focuses on representing corporate policyholders in breach of contract and bad faith disputes involving first- and third-party coverage claims arising under errors and omissions (E&O), directors and officers (D&O), employer liability (EPLI), fiduciary, cyber, general liability, crime, and property policies.
More broadly, Lilit also represents financial institutions, lenders and servicers in connection with commercial litigation matters such as lending disputes, inter-creditor disputes, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and loan-repurchase litigation and settlements. She has also handled a number of high-value, high profile matters pursuing mortgage insurance coverage on behalf of lenders and securitization sponsors for defaulted mortgage loans after the 2008 financial crisis.
