Joel Lander concentrates his practice in the areas of business and transactional counseling. He regularly leads the legal negotiation and execution of transactions for individuals and corporate clients buying and selling businesses in the U.S. and across the world. Mr. Lander also regularly advises a variety of public and private company clients and private business owners in a broad range of complex business transactions and related matters, including; corporate and limited liability company structure and formation, public and private sales of debt and equity securities, contractual matters; corporate formation and governance matters; and general business and securities law matters.
He has experience with companies in a broad range of industries, including process controls, network power, climate technologies, cargo management, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, technology, life sciences, private equity and consumer goods.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lander was an associate in the New York office of another law firm.
