Jackie Roeder chairs the firm’s Trial Department, leads the White Collar Defense & Investigations practice group, and serves on the Executive Committee. Jackie is a first-chair trial lawyer, successfully defending large corporations against commercial and tort disputes. The balance of her practice focuses on internal investigations and white-collar defense. She is experienced in representing both companies and individuals in SEC, DOJ, and other government investigations, as well as in counseling clients on compliance issues.

Jackie serves on the Lawyers Council for IAALS (Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System), working to forge practical solutions to problems within the legal system, and on the board of directors of Law School…Yes We Can!, a law school pipeline program for high-achieving students from diverse backgrounds. Internally, Jackie is co-chair of the Women in Leadership Lecture Series, a program highlighting successes and challenges on the path to leadership.
