Matt Kelsey focuses on structured finance and other debt offerings. His practice includes representing corporate trust clients in CLOs and other asset-backed securitizations. The Best Lawyers in America® recognized Matt on its “Ones to Watch” list in the area of Banking and Finance Law for 2021–2025.
Matt received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, he served as a staff editor for the Law & Contemporary Problems journal. Matt received his B.A. in history and government from Claremont McKenna College.
