Dave Grable is Co-Chair of the National Trial Practice at Quinn Emanuel, and also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Blockchain & Digital Asset Litigation Practice. He represents companies and individuals in civil and criminal matters across the country. He focuses on making complicated factual and legal issues simple and understandable for juries, judges, and other decision makers.
On the civil side, clients call on Mr. Grable to lead litigation of their most important cases, including matters with alleged damages in the nine, ten, and even eleven-figure range (i.e. tens of billions of dollars). He has litigated across a broad range of areas, including disputes about corporate governance, fraud, trade secret theft, digital assets and blockchain technology, intellectual property, securities, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, product liability, and insurance bad faith.
