Darcy Down is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Los Angeles office. She advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and complex multi-jurisdictional corporate reorganizations. Darcy also counsels US-based companies across a variety of industries on the management of their overseas operations.

Darcy is Chair of the North America Transactional Group Talent Management Committee, and a member of the Global Consumer Goods & Retail Steering Committee and North America Private Equity Steering Committee.
