Carolyn Buller leads our Chemicals Group and is managing partner of the New York office. She has more than 25 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, corporate counseling and corporate governance. She is listed in The Legal 500 US, has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2008 and is recognized as a Top Rated Lawyer in The American Lawyer’s “Women Leaders in the Law.”
Carolyn regularly leads large, international mergers and acquisitions. She has served as acting general counsel and corporate secretary for a number of companies including leading chemical manufacturers.
