Brett is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in a myriad of industries, including transportation, hospitality, restaurant and manufacturing businesses, and has successfully tried cases to verdict as first chair in both state and federal courts.

A solutions-oriented litigator, Brett focuses on finding the most beneficial outcome for his clients, whether through trial, mediation, arbitration or other goal-based strategies.

Brett also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to pro bono efforts and presently serves as an arbitrator in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania for landlord/tenant disputes and has also represented indigent clients in protection from abuse cases.
