Andy Lee is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. He maintains an active national appellate and trial practice focused on business and commercial disputes; corporate, securities, and banking litigation; and fiduciary and officer liability litigation. As a member of the corporate compliance and white collar defense group, Andy also serves as head of the firm’s privacy and data security team and holds the CIPP/US designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Andy Lee has a multi-faceted practice. He is a seasoned appellate litigator, having briefed and argued dozens of appeals in federal and state courts. Andy served as a law clerk to the former chief judge of the US Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Andy is also an experienced trial lawyer, having represented clients in multiple substantive areas.
