Amy K. Fisher is a partner in the Drug and Device and Product Liability Litigation Groups, concentrating on national and local defense of complex, multidistrict litigation for pharmaceutical, chemical, device and cosmetic manufacturers in federal and state courts. Her practice also includes general products liability, toxic tort, medical malpractice, and contract defense. She has appeared before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on multiple occasions on behalf of numerous clients to address the merits of centralization.
Amy’s practice is focused on product liability litigation, specifically the defense of pharmaceutical, chemical, device, and cosmetic manufacturers. She serves as national and local counsel on behalf of pharmaceutical, device and cosmetic companies for litigation involving a variety of prescription pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and medical devices. Amy oversees the defense of a number of complex, national litigations involving mass-tort product liability claims and is a member of multiple other national defense teams for nation-wide multidistrict litigation involving prescription pharmaceuticals manufactured by various companies. She also serves as local defense counsel for a number of other matters.
