Mr. Johnson was also a recipient of The M&A Advisor’s 40 Under 40 award, and has been included on the Global M&A Network’s list of Top 50 M&A Dealmakers in the Americas. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law, where he taught a class on Mergers & Acquisitions.
