He has deep experience representing public and private companies in multi-billion dollar strategic mergers & acquisitions and has closed high-profile transactions in the financial services, technology, energy and consumer goods industries, among others.

Sebastian has been recognized by IFLR1000 as a “Notable Practitioner” in M&A. He is fluent in German and French and was educated in Europe and the U.S.
