Dan Bartfeld is a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP and is the Chair of the firm’s Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group (which has over 190 dedicated energy/infrastructure attorneys) and is a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee. Mr. Bartfeld also serves as the co-chair of the firm’s Digital Infrastructure Practice Group.

Mr. Bartfeld represents financial sponsors/portfolio companies, financial institutions, multinational companies and developers in their most important transactions, including in a wide range of digital (data centers, GPUs, fiber and associated powered land), power (renewable/conventional), critical minerals/supply chain, transportation infrastructure/logistics, LNG/midstream/shipping and energy-related matters in the US and globally.
