He works with clients across a variety of industries including tech, life science, medical device, national security, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, and travel services.
His experience also includes SEC reporting and advising boards of directors and executive teams on insider trading policies, trading plans, communication policies, compliance programs and other corporate governance matters.
