Matt services the intellectual property litigation needs of both emerging ventures and large corporations. He also assists clients in complex commercial litigation matters involving disputes about intellectual property.
Matt has represented clients in arbitrations and lawsuits pending in courts throughout the US, including patent infringement trials in California, Texas and Virginia and at the International Trade Commission (ITC). He is a registered patent attorney and has been involved in patent office proceedings.
