Bob also advises clients on administrative law and antitrust matters. He is a former Assistant to the Solicitor General of the United States and a former law clerk to Justice Lewis F. Powell, Jr. of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge John Minor Wisdom of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. As an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center and a lecturer at the University of Virginia School of Law, he taught courses on appellate litigation, administrative law, and the Office of the Solicitor General.
