Brad’s experience includes: claims prosecuted pursuant to the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), the Federal Rail Safety Act (FRSA), including whistleblower retaliatory actions, actions involving highway-rail grade crossing accidents, derailments with hazardous materials release, invitee and trespasser pedestrian injuries, right-of-way and track usage disputes, expropriation and inverse condemnation, cargo and equipment damage and delay, occupational injury and exposure claims.
