WHAT CLIENTS SAY

"We use Tom for energy deals, to buy or build a plant, and clearly he’s got a magical touch."

MY CLIENT PHILOSOPHY

"I remember that it’s the client’s deal, not my deal. We as lawyers need to understand the client’s commercial objectives, special circumstances and risk tolerance. Advising a client on what is ‘market’ is just the beginning. I try to learn what is unique about each transaction, through industry knowledge and due diligence, and tailor our advice to achieve the client’s needs."
