Over the last 30 years, Scott Hofer has developed a successful trial practice, focusing on the defense of bad faith and extra-contractual insurance claims, insurance coverage, commercial and business litigation, and sports.

Scott is a frequent presenter in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation and has recently presented at the DRI Coverage and Bad Faith Symposium, FDCC Coverage and Bad Faith Seminar, and others.

Prior to practicing law, Scott obtained a degree in Architectural Engineering and worked for an engineering and architecture firm in Chicago.
