In addition, her practice includes union arbitrations and negotiations, employment agreements, internal investigations, and responding to charges filed with the National Labor Review Board (NLRB), the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the California Civil Rights Department (CRD), the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), and other government agencies.
