Clients seek her advice regarding obtaining appropriate regulatory status for food ingredients, including preparing self-determined Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) positions or submitting GRAS Notices, New Dietary Ingredient Notifications (NDINs), food additive petitions (FAPs), and color additive petitions (CAPs) to FDA.
