Eric Probst understands the litigation and business issues keeping clients up at night because he has been there too. He serves as national coordinating litigation counsel for a publicly-traded commercial-transportation industry member and has served as outside general counsel for a national luxury-item construction company. Knowing how litigation impacts businesses’ bottom lines and reputations, Eric counsels his clients on the critical decisions to file, defend, or resolve a claim.
