WHAT CLIENTS SAY

"Eddy's commitment to help is obvious every time we work with him, no matter how small the issue."

MY CLIENT PHILOSOPHY

"My commitment to client service developed after nearly 20 years as an in-house attorney, giving me unique insight into the needs and practical realities faced by my clients. I think the deal lawyer should have a thorough understanding of the business drivers for a deal in order to more properly advise on mitigants to the legal risks inherent in the transaction. This helps the corporate counsel finds solutions to risks rather than merely pointing them out."
