Partner in the Firm’s Global Intellectual Property Practice Group, Dimitrios’ practice focuses on patent litigation and counselling, and technology transfer.
A registered US patent attorney, clients benefit from his representation in complex patent and technology-related disputes in the Patent Office, courts and before arbitration panels.
His extensive practice experience, which spans a period of 30 years, enables him to guide clients through often highly technical matters. Drawing on his previous background in biotechnology, he brings particular insight to IP issues in the life sciences sector.
In addition to his litigation practice, Dimitrios provides clients with advice on the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property rights, joint development agreements and strategic alliances.
