Diane Flannery, chair of the Products, Environmental & Mass Tort Litigation department, has tried complex products liability cases in federal and state courts, including high-profile cases that The National Law Journal has identified as some of the most significant cases tried. She was named Product Liability Attorney of the Year by Euromoney’s Legal Media Group in 2020 and named an Influential Woman of Law by Virginia Lawyers Weekly in 2021.

She also has litigated a variety of class action and multidistrict (MDL) litigation matters, including recently having been lead counsel in two MDLs pending in the rocket docket of the Eastern District of Virginia.
