David Giardina, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, is a member of the Litigation group.
David’s practice focuses on antitrust and intellectual property matters. He is experienced in all phases of litigation and trials, and is particularly well versed in the rigorous application of economics to legal disputes, ranging from matters of class certification and the measurement of the alleged effects of anticompetitive behavior, to the valuation of intellectual property. David has significant experience working with expert witnesses across a number of fields, and has presented and cross-examined many expert witnesses at trial.
David’s litigation clients include many of the most important technology, healthcare and consumer products companies in the world. David has been recognized as a leading antitrust practitioner by industry publications including Chambers USA (since 2017) and Global Competition Review’s Who’s Who Legal: Competition (since 2016), which describes him as a compelling litigator and one of Chicago’s foremost experts. He writes and speaks frequently on antitrust and IP matters.
