He has represented numerous clients in matters regarding international and domestic construction contracts, power purchase and sale agreements, energy contracts, joint ventures, and project finance and development agreements. Mark is also a leading commentator on the avoidance and resolution of climate change and sustainability disputes. In addition, he has extensive experience litigating banking, financial and securities transactions.
