Allison Vasquez Saunders devotes a significant portion of her practice to defending both public and private employers in state and federal courts in employment matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
Allison also advises clients on a variety of personnel matters including leaves of absence, the good faith interactive process, reasonable accommodations, policy modifications, conducting workplace investigations, and the termination of private and public employees. Allison has experience in conducting workplace investigations and responding to charges of discrimination, retaliation and other violations filed with state and federal government agencies such as the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), OSHA, Department of Industrial Relations, the California Board of Registered Nursing, and Department of Labor (DOL).
