Alfred L. Browne, III is a member of Cooley’s M&A group and co-chair of the firm’s Fintech practice, with a particular emphasis on private equity and complex transaction in the technology sector. His clients include strategic and financial buyers and sellers in public and private acquisitions, including private equity sponsored leveraged buyouts and take-private transactions.

Al also has significant experience counseling boards of directors in connection with mergers and acquisitions and related governance and anti-takeover matters. Al has experience representing a broad range of
technology companies including financial technology, software, healthcare IT, telecommunications and services companies.
