A member of the bars of New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Florida, and Mississippi, Markham has defended more than 160 class actions and has extensive experience managing multijurisdictional class action litigation, high-stakes punitive damages litigation, and the simultaneous defense of multiple civil actions along with parallel regulatory proceedings. He has served as lead or national coordinating counsel in 30 states, the District of Columbia, multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals, and has argued before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.
