Lori advises clients on all aspects of plan design, compliance and documentation for qualified retirement plans, 403(b) and 457 plans, health and welfare plans, non-qualified executive compensation programs and equity compensation plans. She counsels clients regarding day-to-day administration and compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and other federal and state laws impacting employee benefit plans.
