Kevin has particular experience with commercial, energy, sovereign, treaty and project disputes. He has handled cases under the major arbitral rules including AAA, CPR, DIAC, ICC, ICDR, ICSID, JAMS, LCIA, and SIAC, as well as disputes under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules.
