WHAT CLIENTS SAY

"James knows our company inside and out, so I have complete trust in his advice and counsel."

MY CLIENT PHILOSOPHY

"To serve as trusted advisors to our clients, we use our knowledge and experience to give advice and provide legal service that, at its heart, is the exercise of sound judgment, not merely the recitation of legal principals or options. This type of service requires that we build a strong foundation that begins with personal relationships, learning our client’s business and its goals for that business, and then using that knowledge to exercise judgment that will assist the client most effectively in each engagement. Judgment that is most highly valued by clients is built on that strong foundation and is then thoughtful and decisive and should always further the client’s goals and interests."
