Gregg advises global clients on large, complex construction projects and cutting-edge technology issues. His practice involves the negotiation and drafting of a wide variety of construction-related agreements, including EPC, professional services, technology licensing, engineering, procurement, construction, and supply. Many of his projects relate to the energy field, such as the construction of renewable energy facilities, as well as construction agreements for multifamily housing and commercial buildings.
Gregg recently completed a secondment with a Fortune 10 multinational technology company, assisting with the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial, technology, and licensing agreements, and was recently elected to be the Secretary of the Georgia Bar Association Construction Section.
