Greg Junge has vast experience representing energy companies in regulatory and litigation matters. His practice focuses primarily on natural gas regulation. Greg provides comprehensive representation to interstate natural gas pipelines before the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and in appellate litigation in federal courts.
Greg represents pipeline clients in rate case litigation under both Section 4 and Section 5 of the Natural Gas Act (NGA), and in certificate and abandonment proceedings under Section 7 of the NGA. Greg also provides legal counseling on various matters involving natural gas, including issues related to the intersection of energy and environmental regulation.
