Commercial real estate clients come to Gale for advice in connection with a wide range of acquisition, leasing, development, disposition, and financing transactions. She is experienced in managing all aspects of leasing transactions, including leases of industrial, retail and office properties, build-to-suit leases, security for tenant allowances and construction completion, ground leases, and sale-leasebacks, among others. Gale also has extensive experience in the representation of national and regional banks and life insurance companies in structuring, due diligence, and closing of construction and permanent loans. For many clients, she serves as outside general counsel, partnering closely with in-house counsel, the business team, brokers, and project management to complete transactions on time and on budget.
