Chris Gardino is a member of the Tucker Ellis Trial Department, focusing his practice on complex product liability, toxic tort, and medical device and pharmaceutical liability matters.
A problem solver by nature, he has extensive experience representing corporate clients in all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, developing corporate and expert witnesses, and negotiating favorable settlements. Chris previously served as National Coordinating Counsel for a prominent Fortune 500 equipment manufacturer, overseeing product liability and premises cases in both local and high-risk national venues.
