Ann is adept at helping her clients navigate complicated disputes and find solutions, whether through litigation or alternate dispute resolution. She frequently litigates complicated, high-stakes cases in courts across the United States.

Ann also represents publicly traded companies and other clients in FTC, DOJ, and other governmental inquiries. She assists clients in responding to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and other government requests for information, and conducts internal investigations.

Ann serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Franchise and Distribution Client Service Team. She advises companies on a wide range of franchise, distribution, and dealer issues, including those related to litigation, system changes, system restructuring, franchise or sub-franchisor terminations, mergers and acquisitions, and other issues.
