Amanda represents employers nationwide in disputes involving federal and state employment laws, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, violations of leave law, violations of wage and hour law, whistleblower allegations, and restrictive covenants.
Amanda’s experience includes class/collective actions, systemic discrimination or pattern and practice claims, and obtaining and defending against injunctive relief. Amanda also conducts internal investigations of executives and other senior-level employees involved in alleged misconduct. Amanda also represents management in labor arbitrations.
