Franz Hardy

Franz Hardy serves as the Co-Managing Partner of the Denver office. He is a trial attorney with over two decades of experience. He has an active state and federal trial court practice, in addition to handling numerous precedent-setting appeals.

Robert A. Long

Robert Long is a highly experienced appellate litigator who has argued 18 cases before the Supreme Court of the United Sates and played a substantial role in the briefing or oral argument of hundreds of appeals. Bob also advises clients on administrative law and antitrust matters. He is a former Assistant to the Solicitor General of the United States and a former law clerk to Justice Lewis F. Powell, Jr. of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge John Minor Wisdom of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. As an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center and a lecturer at the University of Virginia School of Law, he taught courses on appellate litigation, administrative law, and the Office of the Solicitor General.
