Gale also has extensive experience in the representation of national and regional banks and life insurance companies in structuring, due diligence, and closing of construction and permanent loans. For many clients, she serves as outside general counsel, partnering closely with in-house counsel, the business team, brokers, and project management to complete transactions on time and on budget.
